Amendment of section 224
The principal Act is amended by renumbering section 224 as subsection (1) of that section, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following subsection:“(2) Sections 218(2) and 219(2) shall not apply in respect of the sale of securities pursuant to any requirement imposed by the Government or any requirement imposed under any written law or order of court.”.
