Amendment of section 253
Section 253(1) of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by inserting, immediately after the words “misleading statement” in paragraph (a), the words “or matter”; and
(b)
by deleting the words “or 244” in paragraphs (b) and (c)(ii).
