Amendment of section 309
Section 309 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “, by order published in the Gazette,” in subsection (3);
(b)
by deleting the words “specified in the order” in subsection (3) and substituting the words “determined by the Authority”; and
(c)
by deleting paragraph (a) of subsection (7) and substituting the following paragraph:“(a)“securities” has the same meaning as in section 2 and also includes the securities of a corporation, whether the corporation is in existence or is to be formed;”.
