Amendment of section 11

Section 11 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “section 9(3)(g)” in subsection (4)(a) and substituting the words “section 9(3)(c)”;

(b)

by deleting the words “section 9(3)(g)” in subsection (4)(c) and substituting the words “section 9(3)(c)”; and

(c)

by deleting “$50,000” in subsection (5) and substituting “$100,000”.
