Amendment of section 9
Section 9 of the Insurance Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “as defined in the Companies Act (Cap. 50)” in subsection (1)(a);
(b)
by deleting paragraph (c) of subsection (1) and substituting the following paragraph:“(c)satisfies such financial requirements as may be prescribed.”; and
(c)
by deleting the words “different amounts” in subsection (2) and substituting the words “financial requirements of different forms or amounts”.
