Amendment of section 10

Section 10 of the Insurance Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after the word “registration” in subsection (1), the words “or authorisation”;

(b)

by deleting the words “or section 8(2)” in subsection (2) and substituting the words “, section 8(2) or 8A(3)”; and

(c)

by inserting, immediately after the word “registration” in the section heading, the words “or authorisation”.
