Amendment of section 11

Section 11 of the Insurance Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after the words “registered insurer” in subsection (1), the words “and authorised reinsurer”;

(b)

by inserting, immediately after the words “registered insurers” in subsection (2), the words “or authorised reinsurers”; and

(c)

by inserting, immediately after the words “registered insurer” in subsection (3), the words “or authorised reinsurer”.
