Clause 49

Section 53 of the Insurance Act is amended by deleting subsection (2) and substituting the following subsection:“(2) Without prejudice to the generality of section 64(1) and (2), the Authority may prescribe or specify in directions the form or manner in which statistical information shall be furnished by Singapore insurers or insurance intermediaries to the Authority.”.
