Amendment of section 55A

Section 55A of the Insurance Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “company or body corporate” in subsection (1) and substituting the word “corporation”;

(b)

by deleting the words “companies and bodies corporate” in subsection (2) and substituting the word “corporations”; and

(c)

by deleting the words “bodies corporate” in the section heading and substituting the word “corporations”.
