Amendment of section 61

Section 61 of the Insurance Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “personal accident” in subsection (1) and substituting the words “accident and health”; and

(b)

by deleting the words “personal accident” in the section heading and substituting the words “accident and health”.
