Preservation of other rights or remedies
(1)
Subject to subsection (2), nothing in this Act shall restrict, limit or derogate from any right or remedy that a consumer may have apart from this Act.
(2)
Subsection (1) shall have effect subject to any provision to the contrary in any regulations made under section 11 or 20.
