New section 60A
The Planning Act is amended by inserting, immediately after section 60, the following section:“Amendment of Schedules60A.—
(1)
The Minister may at any time, by order published in the Gazette, amend the Schedules.(2) The Minister may, in any order made under subsection (1), make such incidental, consequential or supplementary provisions as may be necessary or expedient.(3) Any order made under subsection (1) shall be presented to Parliament as soon as possible after publication in the Gazette.”.
