Clause 6

Amendment of section 14

Section 14(2) of the Planning Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after the word “approves,”, the words “either in relation to a particular application or a class of applications, as the case may be,”;

(b)

by deleting the word “or” at the end of paragraph (d); and

(c)

by deleting the full-stop at the end of paragraph (e) and substituting the word “; or”, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following paragraph:“(f)the planning permission or conservation permission to be granted for the development proposed in the application is for a specified period not exceeding 10 years.”.
