Clause 9

Amendment of section 21

Section 21 of the Planning Act is amended by deleting subsection (6) and substituting the following subsection:“(6) The Minister may authorise, by notification in the Gazette, either generally or in relation to any specified area —

(a)

any development of land;

(b)

any works within a conservation area; or

(c)

any subdivision of land,subject to such conditions as may be specified in the notification.”.
