Clause 45

Section 45D(2) of the principal Act is amended by deleting the words “pay to the Comptroller within 10 days of such deduction the amount so deducted” and substituting the words “pay the amount so deducted to the Comptroller by the 15th day of the month following the month in which the deduction was made”.
