Amendment of section 172
Section 172(2) of the Companies Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “except where the liability arises out of conduct involving dishonesty or a wilful breach of duty” in paragraph (a); and
(b)
by deleting the words “, in relation to such liability” in paragraph (b)(ii) and substituting the words “under section 76A(13) or 391 or any other provision of this Act”.
