Amendment of section 366
Section 366 of the Companies Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “establishing or using a share transfer or share registration office or” in the definition of “carrying on business” in subsection (1); and
(b)
by deleting the words “in order to become a listed corporation” in subsection (2)(j).
