Clause 10

Amendment of section 77

Section 77(1) of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting paragraph (m); and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after the words “such precious metals” in paragraph (n), the words “, insurance policies (including investment-linked insurance policies)”.
