Amendment of section 19
The principal Act is amended by renumbering section 19 as subsection (1) of that section, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following subsection:“(2) Without prejudice to the generality of subsection (1), the Minister may make regulations for or with respect to —
(a)
the forms and the fees for the purposes of this Act;
(b)
the appointment, functions, responsibilities and procedures of transplant ethics committees; and
(c)
the preparation and the submission of such documents as may be prescribed.”.
