Amendment of section 44
Section 44 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “or a Port Health Officer” in subsection (1) and substituting the words “, the Director, a Port Health Officer or a Health Officer”;
(b)
by deleting the words “or a Port Health Officer and their staff” in subsection (2) and substituting the words “, the Director, a Port Health Officer or a Health Officer and any person acting under his direction”; and
(c)
by deleting the words “and Port Health Officer” in the section heading and substituting the words “, Director, etc.”.
