Amendment of section 45
Section 45 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “or a Port Health Officer” in subsections (1), (3), (4) and (5) and substituting in each case the words “, the Director, a Port Health Officer or a Health Officer”; and
(b)
by inserting, immediately after the word “Agency” in subsection (4), the words “or the Government, as the case may be”.
