Amendment of section 164

Section 164 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “The Registrar” in the 1st line of subsection (1) and substituting the words “Subject to subsection (4), the Registrar”; and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after subsection (3), the following subsection:“(4) Subsection (1) shall apply only to such electronic instruments as the Registrar may determine.”.
