Clause 12

Amendment of section 21

Section 21 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after the word “made” in the 3rd line of subsection (1), the words “or security has been furnished”; and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after the word “made” in subsection (2), the words “or the security furnished”.
