Amendment of section 23

Section 23 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after the words “made a deposit” in the 1st line of subsection (1), the words “or furnished any security”;

(b)

by deleting the words “or part thereof” in subsection (2) and substituting the words “or return the security, in whole or in part”; and

(c)

by inserting, immediately after the word “deposit” in the marginal note, the words “or return of security”.
