Clause 17

The principal Act is amended by inserting, immediately above section 30 in Part VII, the following section:“Authority to manage, maintain and repair back-lanes vested in Government29A. The Authority shall be responsible for the management, maintenance and repair of back-lanes vested in the Government.”.
