Clause 2

The long title to the Street Works Act (referred to in this Act as the principal Act) is repealed and the following long title substituted therefor:“An Act relating to the construction, improvement, repair, maintenance and management of streets and back-lanes and other matters connected therewith, and the prevention of obstruction of five-footways and private footways.”.
