Amendment of Article 144

Article 144(3) of the Constitution is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after paragraph (e), the following paragraph:“(f)the International Development Association Act (Cap. 144A);”and

(b)

by re-lettering the existing paragraphs (f), (g) and (h) as paragraphs (g), (h) and (i), respectively.
