Amendment of section 2
Section 2 of the Societies Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the word “President” in the definition of “political association” and substituting the word “Minister”; and
(b)
by inserting, immediately after the definition of “political association”, the following definition:“ “registered society” means a society registered or deemed to be registered under this Act;”.
