Amendment of section 86

Section 86 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after the words “subordinate military court and” in subsection (4), the words “, in the case of a panel court martial or a field general court martial,”; and

(b)

by deleting the words “any member” in subsection (5) and substituting the words “, in the case of a panel court martial or a field general court martial, any member of the court”.
