Clause 13

Section 104 of the principal Act is amended by deleting subsection (4) and substituting the following subsections:“(4) No person shall be present during any deliberation by a panel court martial or a field general court martial without permission from the president of the court.(5) The president of any panel court martial or field general court martial may, on any deliberation amongst the members of the court, cause the courtroom to be cleared of all other persons.”.
