Amendment of section 107

Section 107 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after the word “adjudication,” in subsection (1), the words “presidents and other”; and

(b)

by inserting, immediately before the words “member thereof” in subsection (2), the words “president or, where applicable, other”.
