Amendment of section 60
Section 60 of the Patents Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “a Government department or a person authorised by a Government department” in subsection (1)(c) and substituting the words “the Government or a party authorised by the Government”; and
(b)
by deleting subsection (3).
