Clause 29

New section 115A

The Patents Act is amended by inserting, immediately after section 115, the following section:“Forms and directions of Registrar115A. The Minister may make rules for the publication by the Registrar of —

(a)

the forms to be used for any purpose relating to —

(i)

any application for or grant of a patent;

(ii)

any proceedings before the Registrar under this Act or the rules; or

(iii)

any other matter under this Act or the rules; and

(b)

the practice directions issued by the Registrar.”.
