Notification of approval and record in Register
Where the Oversight Committee has approved a company or firm as an accounting corporation or an accounting firm under this Part, the Registrar shall —
(a)
notify the accounting corporation or accounting firm of the approval; and
(b)
record the name and relevant particulars of the accounting corporation or accounting firm in the Register of Public Accounting Corporations or the Register of Public Accounting Firms, as appropriate.
