Appeal against disciplinary orders of Oversight Committee
(1)
Any public accountant, accounting corporation or accounting firm who or which is aggrieved with any decision made by the Oversight Committee under section 52 or 53 may appeal to the High Court within a period of 30 days (or such further period as the Oversight Committee may allow on application in any particular case) after the service of the decision of the Oversight Committee on the public accountant, accounting corporation or accounting firm, as the case may be.
(2)
The decision of the High Court on appeal under subsection (1) shall be final.
