Clause 33

Rights under authorisation

Where a person has been authorised to do any act referred to in section 28(1) by licence by a grantee, that person shall have the same rights as the grantee to take proceedings in respect of any infringement of the rights of that grantee in respect of the protected variety which affects any right given under that licence and committed after the authorisation was granted.
