Re-engagements of police officers below inspector
(1)
Every police officer below the rank of inspector who has completed the period of service for which he was engaged may offer himself for re-engagement for a further period and, if approved, may be re-engaged on such terms and conditions as may be prescribed by the Police Regulations.
(2)
Every such re-engagement shall be evidenced in writing signed by the person re-engaged and by a commanding officer or other officer authorised thereto under the Police Regulations.
