Clause 100

Right of Authority and unitholders to apply to court for order

Without prejudice to any other right of action or remedy under any written law or rule of law, the Authority or a unitholder of a registered business trust may apply to the court for an order to compel the trustee-manager of the registered business trust to perform its duties as set out in the trust deed of the registered business trust, and the court may either make the order on such terms as it considers appropriate or dismiss the application.
