Consequential amendments to Monetary Authority of Singapore Act
Section 4 of the Monetary Authority of Singapore Act (Cap. 186) is amended —
(a)
by deleting the word “and” at the end of paragraph (ca); and
(b)
by deleting the full-stop at the end of paragraph (d) and substituting the word “; and”, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following paragraph:“(e)to exercise the powers and to perform the duties and functions conferred on the Authority under the Business Trusts Act 2004 and by any other written law.”.
