Non-applicability of rules relating to perpetuities, accumulations and inalienability of property to registered business trusts
The rules of law relating to perpetuities, accumulations and inalienability of property shall not apply to any registered business trust, notwithstanding that the business trust was constituted before the date of commencement of this Act.
