Clause 30

The Companies Act is amended by inserting, immediately after section 157A, the following section:“Director declarations where company has one director157B. Where a company only has one director, that director may make a declaration required or authorised to be made under this Act by recording the declaration and signing the record; and such recording and signing of the declaration satisfies any requirement in this Act that the declaration be made at a meeting of the directors.”.
