Amendment of section 184D
Section 184D(1) of the Companies Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “or made accessible” in paragraph (a); and
(b)
by deleting the words “or made accessible to him or them in accordance with section 183(3A)” in paragraph (b) and substituting the words “him or them”.
