Amendment of section 189
Section 189 of the Companies Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “containing the minutes of proceedings of any general meeting” in subsection (1) and substituting the words “referred to in section 188(1) and (3A)”; and
(b)
by deleting the words “subsection (1)” in subsection (2) and substituting the words “section 188(1) or (3A)”.
