Amendment of section 207
Section 207(2) of the Companies Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting paragraph (c); and
(b)
by deleting the words “paragraph (a), (aa), (b) or (c)” in paragraph (e) and substituting the words “paragraph (a), (aa) or (b)”.
