Amendment of Second Schedule
The Second Schedule to the Companies Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting item 96;
(b)
by deleting “9(2) and (3)” in the 2nd column of item 113 and substituting “9”; and
(c)
by deleting the words “, of a company auditor or” in the 3rd column of item 113.
