Amendment of section 60
Section 60 of the Prisons Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “The Director, any Superintendent, prison officer, medical officer, member or employee of the Corporation or any other person working in a prison shall not” in subsection (1) and substituting the words “No prison officer, medical officer, member or employee of the Corporation or any other person working in a prison shall”; and
(b)
by inserting, immediately after the word “Director” in subsection (2), the words “, Deputy Director”.
