Amendment of section 1

Section 1 of the Hire-Purchase Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “the First Schedule” in subsection (3) and substituting the words “any of the Schedules”; and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after subsection (3), the following subsection:“(4) The Minister may, in any order made under subsection (3), make such transitional and savings provisions as he may consider necessary or expedient.”.
