Amendment of First Schedule
The First Schedule to the Hire-Purchase Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting paragraph 1 and substituting the following paragraph:“1. Any consumer goods the value of which does not exceed $20,000 (inclusive of any Goods and Services Tax).”; and
(b)
by deleting the definitions of “certificate of entitlement” and “motor vehicle” in paragraph 3.
