New section 67A
The Employment Act is amended by inserting, immediately before section 68 in Part VIII, the following section:“Interpretation of this Part67A. In this Part —“child” means a person who has not completed his 15th year of age;“young person” means a person who has completed his 15th year of age but who has not completed his 16th year of age.”.
