Amendment of section 11
Section 11 of principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “section 9” wherever they appear in subsection (1) and substituting the words “section 9, 12A or 22, as the case may be,”; and
(b)
by deleting the words “section 10” in subsection (2) and substituting the words “section 10, 12A or 22, as the case may be,”.
